Logan blinked at the sheet of paper in his hand.

She's dead. . .My baby sister's dead.

The air suddenly went from his lungs, and he gasped as he fell back into his chair.

His eyes finally moved down from the words, focussing on the two underneath.

Child Birth.

Jerking round at the sound of the door, Logan stared as Rogue walked in, a small boy of about 7 or 8 holding her hand.

His hair was a dark dirty blonde.

And his when Logan looked into his eyes, he couldn't stop the pang in his chest at the familiarity of the shining blue orbs.

Just like -

Xavier moved in beside the boy, calming him as he took his hand.

" Logan, This is Conner . . . "

Xavier gave the boy a smile, before looking back up at Logan.

" Conner, This is your Uncle Logan "
