Notes: Written for a friend who wanted to see the pairing of Lindsey & Lady Heather.
Lindsey knew that he had more important things to be doing instead of being in Las Vegas arguing with her. But he couldn’t help himself, especially if there was knowledge to be gained. Knowledge that he could use against the cold, hard and beautiful Lilah Morgan. And if that knowledge could be used against her, then he just might have an opening attack against Wolfram and Hart, which was why he was arguing with Lady Heather in Las Vegas.
Lady Heather was an interesting woman, one that he could have spent hours getting to know and even falling in love with her. But he didn’t have time for that or even getting to know her. His plan was to get revenge on Lilah and on Wolfram and Hart were consuming him. And the need for revenge left him little room for anything else, even her.
“Are you even listening to me?”
”Yes, I’m listening to you,” Lindsey lied.
“So are you going to make an appointment then?”
”If I do, will you tell me what I want?”
”I can’t breach client confidentiality. There’s too much at stake to even consider that.”
”Not even for me?”
”Not even for you,” Lady Heather smiled at him.
“But it’s very important that I know if she came here or not.”
”Why not just ask her yourself?”
”I guess I will make that appointment, after all.”
”I am free on tonight around ten. How’s that for you?”
Lindsey walked out in frustration; he needed to know if Lilah had paid Lady Heather a visit or if the rumors that he had heard were just office gossip about Lilah’s trip to Las Vegas. He doubted that he would get anymore information from Lady Heather and he briefly thought of visiting one of her girls but the thought of being dominated by her had chased that idea out of his head. He’d find out if Lilah had seen her some other way, in the meanwhile he would have an interesting night ahead of him. He could barely afford to waste the time, especially since he had made arrangements to meet a woman in LA that might be able to help him bring down Wolfram and Hart, a woman connected to the Senior Partners. However, he wanted to waste the time anyhow, living for a few moments in the belief that he could have Lady Heather, a woman who might dominate him for an hour or two but seemed so warm, soft and beautiful. The polar opposite of Lilah Morgan, the woman that he blamed his problems on.
