What now?

Prompt - #79 Stumble
Rating - absolutley safe for everyone.

Leaving baffled humans behind Illyria continued her slow walk out of the alley, occasionally putting her hand to the wall for a steadying moment before starting forward once again.

She had no wish to delve into the emotions that swirled inside of her. She wasn’t meant to have the same emotions humans did! The need to do violence was back and a voice in her head – which she refused to acknowledge as Wesley – insisted on calling it grief. The emotion Wesley had tried to use to get her out of his world was now in her.

Having been stranded in this world for a while now she should know things, but Illyria had never truly experienced it without an interpreter of sorts to guide her. She had never used the shell’s memories to adapt to this world, a memory meant nothing without the reference frame to understand it, but now she went through them searching for any suggestion of what to do next.

Stumbling along the narrow back street she left the healer behind.
