Pairings: varies from chapter to chapter. Most pairings will end up being friendship type pairings.
Disclaimer: I do not own anything of Buffy The Vampire Slayer or Angel The Series. The former belongs to Joss Whedon and Mutant Enemy. The latter belongs to Whedon/ Greenwalt and their respective companies. I also do not own anything relating to Lord Of The Rings. Those characters and settings belong to the Tolkien Estate. All other shows, books or entertainment genres mentioned also do not belong to me, but to their respective creators.
Note on timeline: To get an accurate as possible timeline, I went by the date that the Buffy Season Three and Four episodes originally aired in the United States. But, as some episodes were two parters, or were delayed because of world events, things might seem a little wacky. I’ll try to explain where each chapter fits in with each episode.
Each chapter that relates to a Fic-fo-all pairings will be self contained and can be read separately, but it’s more fun to get the whole story.
Chapter One- A Journey Prepared
Pairing: none
In this chapter, Legolas prepares to travel to Sunnydale to find his friend Willow.
Chapter Two- Catching Up
Pairing: none
Legolas has arrived, but so far, Willow is just no where to be found.
This chapter takes place immediately after the conclusion of the episode “The Zeppo”, which aired in the US on January 26th, 1999.
Chapter Three- Stupid Cupid
Pairing: #1391 Joyce/ Legolas
There’s a little matter of Valentine’s Day to explain to the Elf. Buffy gets to ramble, Giles gets to extrapolate and Joyce has a secret admirer!
This chapter follows immediately after the previous. It is a few days after the episode “The Zeppo”. The two episodes that follow were “Bad Girls” and “Consequences”. Because the second episode was a continuation of the first, I am going to attribute the second airdate of the episodes, which was February 16th, 1999. Therefore, in my story, “Bad Girls” did not occur in majority until after Valentine’s Day. (Meaning some of the preamble could have been Valentine’s stuff.)
