"Hello?" Angel called out, walking carefully through the trees. "Hello?"
"Next one, you must be." Yoda said, sitting on a log not far away.
Angel eyed Yoda suspiciously. "What are you? Where am I?"
"Know me, you do not?" Yoda asked, surprised.
"No...should I?" Angel asked, frowning.
"Not important, this is. Here for a reason, you are." Yoda said, nodding for emphasis.
"Where is here? And why am I here?" Angel asked impatiently.
"Ask too many questions, you do." Yoda said. "Must clear your mind to think clearly."
"Wow, you come up with that all by yourself?" Angel asked, sarcastically. "Answer the questions and then we'll work on mind clearing."
"Sent to me, you were. By your old padawan." Yoda explained.
Angel looked blankly. "What?"
"Your padawan..." Yoda thought for a second. "Opinionated, he is. And is very odd."
"Oh...Spike. Spike? Spike sent me..." And it all made sense so incredibly quickly. "He told me to dream of Yoda."
"You're Yoda?" Angel asked. "What's his game this time? I knew I shouldn't have trusted him. Those were some ancient words to cast me into another dimension, weren't they?"
"Wanted you to see me, he did. For help with the man you want." Yoda explained.
"Want? Man? Huh?" Angel looked innocently at Yoda. "What man?"
"Know which man, you do. Deny it you cannot." Yoda pointed out.
Angel paused. The little green demon couldn't possibly have known. "Did Spike tell you about our conversation?"
"He did not. But sent you to me for help, he did." Yoda said. "And help, I can."
"Firstly, what kind of demon are you?" Angel asked. "And where am I?"
"My home. Demon, I am not. Figment of your imagination, perhaps." Yoda replied.
"And you want to help me with my...problem?" Angel asked.
"You can not be helped if you do not want to be."
"I don't...it's better I don't think about it at all. About him, I mean." Angel said, gradually, leaning back on the tree behind him.
"Confused you are, yes?"
"I shouldn't feel this way."
"His enemy you are, as he is yours." Yoda nodded.
"If we...if he felt the same way...which side would we end up on? I can't lose my redemption. He's on *their* side."
"But lose it you would, for him?"
Angel paused. "I don't know...is there a reason I'm talking to you about my love life?"
"Helped others, I have. Help you, I will." Yoda smiled.
"Remind me to thank Spike for his wonderful 'making-up' present." Angel said dryly.
"Your friend has been led to his love and be led to yours you must be." Yoda said, simply.
"Okay...so I know I have...feelings I shouldn't...but what can you do about it? Unless you have a way of drugging him into liking me then..."
"Not important that you know, important that you show him you know." Yoda told him.
"Show him what? That I know I...have feelings?" Angel asked.
"Will reveal his too, if this is done." Yoda explained.
Yoda nodded. "Pride you both have...but get you no where it will."
"I know." Angel sighed. "If I made the first move, what kind of move do you think he'd...react to?"
Yoda thought for a moment. "Stubborn he is...will believe you are fooling him. But he will be quick to insult you if you are soft. Must be strong and convince him."
Angel frowned. "I suppose I could do that. Would it be morally wrong to channel Angelus...you know who Angelus is, right?"
Yoda nodded. "The dark side is in us all. Fight it you do, but lead you to love it cannot. Hate is the darkside."
"Well, I guess I'll just have to be convincing as myself." Angel said. "If I ever go through with it. You're sure he won't...laugh?"
"Send him to me, you must." Yoda sighed. "Will convince him to accept your invitations. Your Jedi friend will see the future, and see 'the one' in her visions. See him you will and tell him you must."
Angel smiled. "You want me to tell him to dream of Yoda?"
"Do it you must, or forever will I be here, listening to you complain." Yoda explained. "Happened before it has...no rest for me."
Angel wrinkled his eyebrows. "You're very strange, demon. But I'm sure Spike knew what he was doing when he sent me here. Now how do I get back?"
"Your dream it is, wake up."
"Wake up!" Cordelia yelled.
"What?" Angel asked, opening his eyes.
"I thought you had good hearing? You sleep like the dead." Cordelia muttered. "Vision...lets go."
"Oh...okay...does it involve Wolfram and Hart at all?" Angel asked.
"Yeah, how did you know?" Cordelia asked him.
Angel smiled. "Little demon told me."
