One of the victims of the Spectre's war on magic was the new Watcher's Council. Except for one person, everyone involved with the Council has been killed. Xander, now with both his eyes as the Spectre forced him to watch, is now alone in the world when a golden helmet crashes through the car he was going to drive away in.

In order to double the efforts of the "Rainbow Brigade" (as Hal Jordan called it), Ganthet forced the seven different rings to duplicate and find help. The blue ring went to Barry Allen (The Flash). In the case of a Corps probable destruction, a unique power battery and ring would be 'pushed' into another universe. This had occured during the Blackest Night for all the Corps save for the Orange Lanterns and the Black Lanterns.

The fates of the yellow and red rings are unknown.

The fates of the green, violet, blue, and indigo rings were knowns as they were found while Xander, Cordelia, Willow, and Oz were on patrol during the summer between Season 2 and Season 3.

After reading an issue of the Blackest Night, I began to wonder how the BtVS/Angel characters would react to the Blackest Night. I have half a mind to write this myself but I'm a little scared too.

I mean can you imagine a corrupted version of Tara going to Willow wanting to rip her still-beating heart out and eat it?

Or Joyce being ressurrected by the power of the black rings and going after Buffy or Dawn?

A YAHF Challenge. At Ethan's, Xander gets what he thinks is a good deal on a Jason Vorhees costume. The spell takes place and everyone thinks everything has returned to normal when the spell ends but they're wrong.

When Xander goes to sleep or is knocked out, Jason wakes up and begins to kill nightly. Jason will possess all of his normal abilities as seen in the movies. Over time, Jason begins to supplant control over Xander.

Some things I'd like to see...
1) Jason attacking vampires and him being confused when they burst into dust when he chops their heads off.

We've all read the stories where Xander dresses up as a Green Lantern and remained one after the spell was broken. What you don't see are Green Lantern stories where Xander dresses up as Ganthet or another of the Guardians with him retaining the memories, knowledge, and powers of the Guardian he dressed up as.
