Write a story about how she grows up and her marriage to Celeborn and her resurrection by Willow.
When Willow brings her back it can only be after Return of the King when they go to the Grey Havens.

You can also write more of Galadriel in the Lords of the Rings

What if when Buffy jumped through the portal (or any way you think of to cross to another verse) she ended up in her old home in Middle Earth. Done, right? Instead of having been an elf, what if she was the Daughter of Theoden King? Any pairings you want! Please!

Xander somehow ends up in the LOTR universe; preferably before the first book. Legolas finds him and they get off to a terrible start; violence ensures. Xander is captured and taken to the Elders. He is accepted by them and Legolas starts to fall for him.

Insert Xander into the LOTR storyline, feel free you can alter Canon to your hearts content.

In the end it should be Xander/Legolas, and I would like Xander to continuously rag Legolas about how they met. Extra points for the words "you shot me" showing up...

I've read a lot of stories where Buffy falls in love with Aragorn or Legolas. But what if she came to

Someone falls through the Hellmouth and finds out that Hell is Middle-Earth, having lost the war against Sauron.

Did any of the LotR characters survive to create a rebellion? Can the Scoobies help them restore the throne of Men and neutralize the Hellmouth?

Familiar set-up, different fandom. One of the BtVS or AtS canon characters is transported to Middle Earth, but crossing dimensions causes a magical backlash, and as a result, they come out the other end of the portal as a child. From here, there are several options.

Option 1: Set the fic years before the Fellowship, when Aragorn is growing up among the elves as Estel, and make the BtVS end up among the elves as well, as a foster brother or sister to Aragorn and company. Alternatively, you could have him/her adopted by another major player (ie grow up as a sibling to Eowyn, or adopt...

I would love to see a story that starts in the first Age before the fall of Gondolin. I would like Buffy to be originally from Middle Earth or Valinor. She can originally be an Elf, Valar, or Maiar. I would like to see more than one elf interested in her but ultimately the pairing should be with Glorfindel.

To start out she is not the slayer, but she can have that fire that is purely Buffy. I would love to see you take your time for when she first falls in love with Glorfindel, but the pacing etc is your choice.

Glorfindel still dies defeating the Balrog in the fall ...

Dawn accidentally opens a portal and she, Anya, Faith, and Andrew drop down on the Rangers of the North as they're going to meet up with Aragorn. Faith decides to help out with the battle and Dawn and the others go with her.

While I'm a big Legomance fan, I have a real soft spot for the twins. As such, I'd love to see a Buffy/Elladan or Buffy/Elrohir 'ship especially as I haven’t seen one to date.

Yes, that old chestnut where accidental use of the W word results in one of the Scoobies suddenly finding themselves in Middle Earth.

Then, one-by-one more Scoobies arrive as someone else accidentally uses the word, and so on.

Guidelines :
-- either Scoobies or ME dwellers can be the ones to use the forbidden word, but it should be a different person each time.
-- each time the use of the word is to be accidental ; once only the word can be used deliberately
-- Scoobies should arrive one at a time ; no more than 2 or more to be used twice, and...

I've seen plenty of Lord of the Rings flashbacks on this site, but I'd like to see one where the ageless substance of the Key is used in Sauron's Ring.

Now, it was created while Sauron had the loyalty of the elves (although he lost it during the forging). If the elves had allowed him access to a world-changing green energy they'd kept secret for millennia, he could have channeled its substance into the One Ring along with most of his power and his soul.

I hereby challenge someone to write a LotR/BtVS crossover story in which the main character (BtVS) lands in middle earth (not original, I know). However this character is not allowed to first appear in good guy territory. For example, Buffy or willow or whoever could first appear in Mordor full of baddies, instead of the usual elvish realm. Gone are the usual elvish guides and even the Fellowship (at least in the beginning). You must also find a way for your BtVS character to become important to the survival of middle earth.

Perhaps this has been done before (if so, please forgive the overlap), but I haven't seen it so I'm posting the challenge here.

It was said that the line of Lúthien would never fail. What if all of the Slayers are of her line? Now, suppose one of the Maiar who served Morgoth and repented after the War of Wrath decides after all these millennia that he or she wants to return to Middle Earth, enslave the Second Born, and rule as a God? Perhaps he or she persuades a few fellow Maiar to come along as well?
