Buffy/Highlander crossover


I want to see a story where one of the Scoobies is Joe's new bartender, I'd prefer Xander, Willow or Buffy, but I think any of the Scoobies would be fun. I've read a couple stories like this before, but I'd like to see more...


Rules


- NO character bashing, I hate that; I have yet to see a story where it was pulled off well.

- The story can be set at any time you like - after Buffy came to Sunnydale. For Highlander... Well, obviously the bar has to be there, but otherwise set it whenever you want.

BtVS/Highlander

My plot bunny is simple:

-Jenny as an Immortal
-Xander is a pre-immortal, and finds out about jenny after seeing her duel another immortal or simply seeing her after her 'death' by Angelus and getting an explanation out of her
-Jenny starts training Xander in swordsmanship whether she tells him he is a pre is your choice
-Preferably after season 3, maybe having Xander finding Jenny during his road trip or even later in the series, cant see it working properly earlier than 3 thou but feel free to try if you wish.

I've seen stories with just about every single character being immortal, except for one. For this challenge Faith was the First Slayer who also happened to be a pre-immortal. When she died her first death she retained her slayer powers. At some point she suffers from some extreme emotional trauma (possibly Weapon X from X-Men?) and forgets everything and starts life on the streets. Later, when someone from he past meets her again she starts to remember.

I don't really care what the length is or if there are any pairings at all. If ...

This is a Buffy/Highlander/Highlander the Raven crossover.
Here is the premise:
After Buffy jumped into the portal, she fell, only she was alive when she hit the ground. She went into a coma. After several weeks, the Scoobies got tired of caring for her and put her into a facility in another state. They told everyone she died, including Dawn, as they thought that Buffy would not wake up, and they wanted themselves and Dawn to move on in their lives. This will be a Buffy/Highlander crossover. Immediately Post Chosen.
The premise: As Buffy is leaping from rooftop to rooftop, she leaps to the roof of the bus, only to land on the sand on the other side of the crater. Waiting for her is Whistler, who explains that since Willow's spell worked through Buffy, she is now Immortal, and the Queen of the Slayers. As Queen, she can give the slayer power to someone, and also take it away from those who abuse it. (Hello, Kennedy!!)

Post Season 7 except, Joyce was sick for a long time, but she didn’t die. I don’t know how to convincingly keep her alive with Willow and Tara moving in and later everyone kicking Buffy out of her own house.

Maybe she went into a coma and when she came out of it sometime after Normal Again, she was sent somewhere to rehabilitate? Maybe Rome. She fell in love with the city and when Sunnydale imploded, she convinced the girls to move there with her. This would also mean that Joyce isn’t the one that Dawn talked to in Conversations with Dead People.

I love Buffy/Highlander Crossovers with Buffy as the Immortal (or one of the main Immortals), but most I've seen have her meet her First Death in Sunnydale. I'd like to see one though that:

1. Has Buffy as an Immortal Slayer older than 1,500 years of age, and not more than 3,000.

2. Has one member of the Scoobies be a pre-Immortal (NOT Xander), that Buffy trains when they suffer their First Death.

3. Has a Pairing with Buffy and one (or two for those inspired to do a threesome!) of the following, in no particular order: Angelus, Spike, Willow, Cordelia, Faith....

Some people claim there are a lot of these out there, maybe there are, but it is certainly one of my favorite crossovers.

I want to see a story where one of the gang is immortal. (bonus for Xander or Giles). The person can't be older than Methos, but preferably not a new immortal. They still need to be in character, not suddenly superwise or the only one who can win a fight. They maybe hiding their immortality but that is the main secret (meaning Xander isn't a superwizard whose powers surpass Cassandra and Willow isn't the world's greatest swordsman who could beat both Duncan...

Buffy/Highlander Challenge


Premise: Turns out Buffy's mom isn't as normal as she thinks. In the episode "The Body", Joyce dies but she doesn't stay dead, she comes back as an immortal.

My story requirements are flexible so if you want to change or delete a requirement thats okay.

Story Requirements:

1) Include Duncan and Connor in the story.

2) Either Duncan or Connor volunteering to teach Joyce on how to fight with a sword but Buffy blows them off, telling them she can teach her own mom. They of course look at her and snicker, not knowing th...

Basically Connor dies and becomes immortal. I don't care how you explain it, but I was thinking along the lines of PTB or some error with genetics (both of his parents are vampires after all...). It is up to you to decide who he trains with but it needs to be someone we have seen on Highlander more than once or twice, I was thinking Methos or Duncan, but Amanda would certainly be interesting.

2.) You need to tell what happens when Angel finds out about Connor's death.
