I would love to see a crossover where Xander is Tony DiNozzo.

Perhaps when DiNozzo senior sent Tony away to school he sent him to sunnydale to live with relatives aka the Harris'.

Set after Buffy - No comics.

Only difference being that Xander attended Sunnydale Uni under his birth name Tony DiNozzo. None of the scoobies find out.

After Sunnydale he leaves the scoobies and becomes Tony DiNozzo.

What if Buffy (and I suppose by extention Dawn) turns out to be Tony's long lost sister(s)? That's pretty much it, though I do have some suggestions. Maybe Tony Senior had another family and never told either that the other existed. Maybe after his wife's death, Tony's dad was overwhelmed by the thought of having a six-year-old and a baby, so he decided to let the baby be adopted. Maybe was kidnapped as a child and doesn't remember her real brother and father. Whatever the writer decides.

The idea popped into mind after I remembered a story I read that was a crossover between BTVS and The Big Bang Theory with a 'sort of' Buffy/Sheldon pairing. So then I thought it would be fun to see Buffy with another 'smart guy'. And one Tim McGee popped into my mind.

While re-watching the season 3 episode 21 ("Bloodbath") of NCIS, I thought that it would work very well as a way to introduce the Buffy-verse to Team Gibbs. So here it is:

Abby calls Xander for help after finding out that her ex-boyfriend/stalker (Mikel Mauher) is a clear and present danger.

Must haves
= Ducky acurately and thoroughly profiling the gang in such a way that its not bashing but still devastating and lasting in its impacts
= Xander being adopted or discovered as a relative of Ducky
= Xander as a mentor/protector to the Towns younger kids; afterall the high school & college may be the demons main meal ticket, it doesn't mean the younger kids are safe and Xander realizes this

Okay, so I've read a lot of Xander fics, and I have to say I like a lot of them. So I moved on to the crossovers, and again, my favorites were with NCIS. Only, I'm sorely disappointed in the fact that first, there aren't more, and second, a lot of them have to do with a falling out of sorts or Xander drifting away from the Scoobies. Which just shouldn't happen. That's wrong on so many levels. Totally not for the good. So, I propose a challenge.

-Buffy and Giles don't react well seeing Willow's dark side again
-Xander fills Gibbs/team in about everything that happened w/Willow prior to this
-Tension/Stress from everything...

**Post fall of Sunnydale** Xander leaves the council to find himself and finds more then a job at NCIS....after finding out Gibbs is his father, he has to find a way to tell him that the daughter he thought died so long ago is actually alive and a slayer.
