A slight change to the canon - Hank was a scientist. He and Joyce were always fighting about his work. After they put Buffy into the mental institution, Hank did one more experiment. When he went home, Joyce yelled at him. But this time, instead of just yelling back, he turned into the Hulk!

Hank left, with his assistant, to try to find a cure. That'd be about when the TV show takes place. Years later, he finds his solution - a way to control the Hulk and only bring it on when he chooses. He returns to California, only to find his daughter really IS the Slayer!

Xander has the unique yet unusual ability to gain power through possession. it can be an x-gene or it could whatever but the bottom line is that is an ability unique to him.

The hyena possesses him and gets taken out like cannon but he keeps the power and abilities. he gets possessed by his Halloween costume he keeps the skills, powers, and abilities. Dracula makes him his bitch, he comes away with some kinda ability(ies) from him. anything that possesses or control him continues to add to his power. if anything were to posses him his secondary ability would be to naturally and very e...

What if instead of the soldier Xander dressed as wolverine but someone else dressed up as wolverine too.

I would prefer if one was the comic wolverine and the movie wolverine but its up to you.

Both of them have to meet and start to fight and both have to keep their powers afterwords.

I just finished watching 'Howard the Duck' on DVD. I'd forgotten what a great movie it is.

Here's the possible Scenario. The film took place in Cleveland Ohio. Howard and Beverly are hanging up their music act after a gradual decline in popularity since 1986 when the film came out.

They come back home to Cleveland and end up being Houseparents for Slayer Central.

They don't need to fight demons themselves though it would be funny to have Howard teach Buffy Quack-Fu since they are both so short.

Technically Howard the Duck belongs to Marvel Comics, but the M...

In the last chapter of Joe's One Flew Into the Cuckoo's Nest, it is revealed that Hank Summers is really Mystique. Write your own fic in which Mystique was Hank Summers.

My only real requirements are that you answer two questions:
Did Joyce know who and what her husband really was?
How do Buffy and/or Dawn respond to learning that their father is really a female mutant terrorist?

This fic can be set at any time in either universes. If you want, you could even have it set after Season 5 and have no Season 6.

Post season 7: Buffy ends up at Xavier's school (whether it's in Buffy's native universe or not is up to the author). At some point Rogue accidentally touches Buffy. A previously unknown safety kicks in. The magic that creates the slayer prevents Rogue (or anyone) from taking her slayer power and instead, Rogue’s power is sucked into Buffy.

Angst, and more angst, at least in the beginning. Resentment and distance from either the X-men side or the Scooby side.

Rogue is torn, happy to be rid of her “power” but sorry for what it cost Buffy. Rogu...

Dawn tries to recreate Ethan's Halloween spell to fight the First. It blows up and she finds herself crashing through a wall and into the Marvel universe. Girl-shaped Keys and chaos magic unmixy? Maybe. Possibly. Just a little.

Must Have:
Dawn's Keyness and the backlash from the chaos magic somehow translating into superpowers in the Marvel universe.
Dawn going from Damsel in Distress to Competent Superhero over the course of the story.
Dawn meeting with various Marvel Superheroes/Villains and Superhero/Villain Teams, trying to put together a team/group to help fight the...

Okay, we know that Buffy has the hankering for the undead so why not make it a yummy match? I love the Wesley Snipes 'Blade' even if he is a bit broody. Maybe find a way for her to pull that stick out of his...

Timeline: BtVS - Not sure which season, but should at least be post Season 3 before they 'get together' and go off into the sunRISE. Blade - Don't know, but see #2 Do's.

1. Have some wicked sparring between them, especially with weapons.
2. Keep Blade's Whistler alive. I love him. (It would be an added bonus for the two Whistlers to meet)
3. Have a sm...

I was reading MagnusXXN's unfinished Buffy/X-men crossover Something Wicked This Way Comes and I started wondering why there aren't more fics like that. The Buffy/X-men Halloween fics generally do not take place in the X-men 'verse. I want one that does.

Ethan copies the uniform of a mutant and sells it. The person who where the costume keeps the powers of whoever they dressed as.

The person who wears it should be a major character such as Xander, Joyce Summers, or Giles. Another possibility is Warren if you want a mutant Big Bad.
Buffy is already the Slay...

Have 1-5 Character(s) from X-men crossover to the Buffyverse. A consequence of the specific type of portal or method of crossing to another dimension/reality is that the character(s) are de-aged. The X-men characters must end up 4-9 years old and be adopted or looked after by a character or characters from the Buffyverse. Simply being in the Buffyverse carries consequences as well: the kids powers are weakened considerably, though if they went back to their home universe they'd increase to normal levels and the powers of natives of the Buffyverse would increase to unnaturally high levels if th...

The Mandrill is a Marvel Comics villain -- a misogynist who looks like, well, a mandrill, but who emits pheromones that make any woman over puberty fall madly in love with him and want to do anything he says. This includes superheroines such as the Valkyrie, so powers don't give you the willpower to resist. Neither does knowledge of this ability and a determination to fight it.

He has several times used his abilities to garner himself an army of women which he has attempted to use to take over the US, and has been defeated, most commonly by the Defenders, but a couple of times by Shan...

Crossover with Ironman 2008. Not sure if this should go in Movies or Comics category.

Tony Stark is Faith's father.

Movieverse Tony Stark looks a little too young to be the father of a late season Faith, so for this story Faith should begin when she is between the ages of 6 and 9. Yes, it's a kiddie Faith fic.

I'll leave it up to the author to decide how he finds out about her. The only requirement of the discovery of Faith is that Faith's mother is dead or dies during the first part of the story, and Tony is left to care for Faith. How would he deal with it? Since t...

The X-Mansion has been destroyed several times throughout it's career. Often, it has been rebuilt with funding from outside sources. What if one of the sources (such as the Hellfire Club or the U.S. military) paid for the complete rebuilding of 'Xavier's School for the Gifted', on the condition that it be moved to an active Hellmouth?

You could go for a complete AU, where the first official school was built with this in mind, or set at any point in X-Men history, preferably at a point where either the mansion's (such as Bastion's dissection of it in Zero Tolerance) or the team's (su...

Type: Xander's Real Family Challenge

Xander knew his mother had bad taste, but he vastly underestimated HOW BAD her taste in men really was. But hey, after you look past the horrible skin, constant banter, insanity, homicidal leanings, and off color pop culture references he's really not that bad.... right?

Write a fanfic where Xander finds out his Dad is really the mercenary for hire Deadpool.

Bonus points if Xander's mom says she slept with Wade because Wade made himself look like Harrison Ford.
