Rules for Challenges

Buffy goes to Gotham City, and becomes Catwoman or the apprentice of Catwoman.

I got the idea after reading cjsplace's story "A Plum New Job."
In that story they sometimes thought she was like Catwoman, and I thought that her being the thief/heroine would be a great story.

Time frame- Either end of season 2 after she ran away, or season 7 when the Scoobies threw her out.

You can use any form of Batman you want. (Example- movies, animated series, or comics.)

You do not have to have a relationship, but the bat and cat scenario should still be used.

Okay I just got through reading The Sinestro Corps War arc and got this idea.

In Green Lantern #25 (December 12th 2007) seven different emotions were shown to be able to produce Green Lantern like power, and each emotion has its own unique color. The colors and emotions attached to them are as follows.

GREEN: The color of willpower, and what fuels the Green Lantern Corps. This isn’t an emotion its self so much as the ability to overcome emotions and do what needs to be done.

YELLOW: The color of fear, the color of The Sinestro Corps. Those that have a yellow r...

In the 1980's, Selina Kyle died. When she woke up, a few minutes later, she had not only become Catwoman, she had been called as a Slayer.

In her new life as a costumed villainess/anti-hero she clashed with Batman. Her next death didn't slow her down much, but it was enough to call the next Slayer. The Watcher Council Squad which had been about to catch up with her decided she was no longer high-priority and downgraded her status from 'capture' to 'observe'.

The trauma build-up from the next few deaths erased her memories and destroyed her sense of self, so the Watchers Cou...

What if: Xander was the child of Kal'el and Princess Diana? Setup: Ethan Rayne, meddler that he is, casts a summoning spell, to summon "The One Who Sees" to aid in some plot of his. Unfortunately for Poor Ethan, he gets the infant Xander. Seeing that the infant is worthless to him at this point in time, he attempts to seal the infant's nascent powers, and forces the Harris's to adopt 'him' and thus ensures the BtVS timeline up until Helloween.

This year, and every year prior, Xander goes as The S himself, blue tights, red boots & cape with the big Gold S and everything, as "It's t...

Pairing: Faith/Bruce Wayne

Challenge Overview:
Faith finds herself in Gotham City (please make her reason for being in Gotham a plausible one but not too cliched). She wants to have a clean slate & applies for a job at Wayne Enterprise for any available job position.

Faith's Job Preferences:
= Temporary relief as Bruce's assistant
= Head of Security or Part of the Security Team
= Bruce's Personal Bodyguard
= Any job position that will allow Faith & Bruce to interact with each other a lot

Bruce notices Faith's uniqueness & is drawn to...

I'd like to see a crossover where Dawn gets transported (using her blood, she could do it herself) to the DC-verse and meets Kyle Reynar (the currant Earth GL) and finds out that the reason she has trouble with her Key-ness is because the Oans are siphoning it off to use in the rings.

Wesely goes through so much in the last few seasons of Angel. Rather than just have him dark-darker-dead as the show goes, I'd like to see him meet the Wonder Woman as portrayed in the television series (and perhaps with some comics info) right after he goes through the ordeal where he thinks he killed his father, but before he actually goes anywhere.

They meet in the park area right above the beaches in Santa Monica, where Wesely has gone to think in the early hours of the morning and the sun-rise.

Wesely as the grandson of the WW2 Steve Trevor a plus.

Friendship an...

Okay in DC they are changing Green Lantern once again. In this new change they seem to say that green is the color of will power and yellow is the color of fear. This got me thinking of what some other colors could represent.

So here is the challenge, someone from Buffy or Angel gets an item that works like a Green Lantern ring using colors other than green.

Must have
1. An item that works like a GL ring a battery using something other than willpower. This item must have two parts to it, a battery, and a focal point. You can use a ring and lantern but I would suggest ...

Just finished reading 'Swamp Thing: Bad Seeds' and was struck by a challenge. At the end Swamp Thing throws five of the elements into the wind for someone else to be champion of them while keeping the plant element.

My challenge is for someone to write a story where one of the Scoobies gets one of the elements of earth, fire, water, air, or flesh.

The rules are as follows:
1) Willow can not get an element; she is too powerful as is. If you want Magic to be a seventh element and have Willow be it champion then that is okay but she doesn't get any others.
2) Don't ass...

When the kids start turning up unconscious in LA in Smile Time their grins are noticed by another detective; Batman, who immediatly leaps to the conclusion that the Joker is involved. Bodies with smiles are his trademark, and even though they aren't dead...

Batman discovers that Wolfram and Hart are investigating and follows Angel into the studio. As a result he's also affected by the puppetising ray (or is the only one affected) and has to ask Angel for help.

Mood should be silly, lots of bonus points for bat-jokes and comparisons between Angel and Batman - maybe both of t...
