Yay, someone's hooked! ;) Yeah, I posted an update - it was high time. And don't worry, the .doc file is still open on my desktop.

Now that my wrist is almost done healing form the surgery and it doesn't hurt anymore I can write more! Yay!

I really enjoyed this story, I think you had a very nice transition from Xander in Africa to Xander being somewhere else.

I hope you plan on continuing the story, as I would love to see what happens now that Xander and Yelena have met.

Poor Xan! I liked Yelena in the film, but I can't help but hope that she decides to...I don't know, take up professional bull riding and run away to Texas, leaving the way open for Xander and...Xander. Harris and Cage. (Much easier that way!) Can't wait to see what happens. Liked the thing with the camera. Thanks for the new chapter!

Nicely written. It does seem kind of odd, though, that *none* of the Slayers Xander's gathered seem to have been from the more urban side of Africa, which accounts for between 20 to 50% of the African population depending on which region you're talking about.

I like this story, it's a very interesting pairing. One question - what happen with Xander H.'s eye? Wouldn't his friend have reacted worse to an eye patch? Or have you gotten rid of it somehow?
