This is a truly excellent crossover in every way I can think of from your accurate portrayal of the personalities of the various characters to your portrayal of the world. I quite like how you've managed to merge the X-men universe with the Buffy verse in a plausible and quite seamless way and working it in well with an excellent plot.
I truly look forward to seeing the major big bads emerge over time from Glory (Whom I hope you make more powerful to counter the fact that the Scoobies are more powerful themselves due to their friends and aquantences with both the xmen and the government) to the more moral-problems like the The Trio (who should be a joke other than the fact that they're human) to The First if you go that far. *Ill also note that there is serious potential for intriguing conflict between a semi-covert Slayer Army vs the government or agents/groups in the government plus conflict with mutant groups and/or whatever...
In any case, great job and I look forward to your next update and will continue to follow this fic with great interest.
