Good to see the tribute to the machines that go ‘Ping!’ I hope Dr. House will be momentarily reverting to some of his previous persona's when he finally makes an appearance.

Okay, but it was my impression from canon that Faith was the last Chosen one.

Yes this is open to argument.

As I understand it, when Buffy died at the end of S1 Kendra was called. When Kendra died Faith was called while Buffy was still alive. Which, I think, precludes her from being 'the one girl in all the world'. Anyway Prophesy is a tricky thing and everyone might have got it wrong! We'll see.
