The second chapter was as excellent at the first. I love how you're weaving the history of the ancient world into this story. I also liked how clever Dido is, I always thought Buffy hid her smarts from those around her. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

I'm actually intrigued. Carthage was one of the few civilizations I didn't get to study in university in-depth, but what you've introduced us to so far is quite wonderful. I love a good, historical read blended in with the action, so thank you for sharing!
Fascinating idea. I like the way you have her anchoring the slayer-spirit and actually enjoying all those centuries of life - so many characters seem to be utterly depressed after centuries. Can't wait for more.

After reading your bio I have high hopes for this story :) I'll be keeping a close eye on this. The introduction of the series is brilliant, as is the story here.
All in all a very good impression indeed.

Wow. I'm very impressed. This is starting to look like it could become the best Buffy is an immortal fic ever. All the other ones start out the same; she knew the four horsemen, blah, blah, faked being a slayer, blah blah. I love your idea of being the anchor, having children, and pretending to be a princess. But how is she going to keep that up? As queen, she's going to be under a lot more scrutiny...people are going to notice her not aging. I hope her relationship with her husband/uncle doesn't turn sour b/c of it. Anyways, update soon!
