Good start.
It would be impossible to prove but it is possible that Illyria first came into existence on what is now American soil.
Aside from that, Illyria´s host, Winifred Burkle, is an American and Illyria might claim that her status is an unusual medical condition and due to anti-discrimination laws her presidential campaign may not be prevented.
There is no precedents; who knows how federal judges would decide.
