Wow! Great story, you've got me hooked in only 5 chapters, good job! Love it so far, especially Inara/Mal couple in the making...:) And I love Jayne's comments, they make me laugh. Hope you're planing on a more detailed story of Xander's being how he is soon (know what I mean?). Oh, and I'm a bit confused by Emma, is she a slayer? Or will that be a surprise for later? :) I don't mined either way... Rally looking-forward to the chick fight, I can't believe you stopped there! You evil, evil writer, you... :) Update soon...
I'm kinda surprised he had no reaction to Mal, since I'm assuming his eye is missing because of Caleb in this 'verse too. Is the girl with the last name Rosen a descendant of Willow? It'll be interesting to see how you explain his extended life and his healing if he's not a Highlander-style Immortal. I see some demons/part demons made it off Earth too, I'm hoping there's some explanation for the diaspora from Earth - especially if it has something to do with his longevity. Look forward to more.

Quite good, I enjoyed it. I saw a few spelling mistakes that I can't quite point out at the moment, insomnia being a bitter master where concentration is concerned. I eagerly await the next episode.

Nice, it's kinda funny how you named your chapter blood and tape, and it was a recording not tape like tape used to tape wounds closed. Excellent story and chapter, I hope for an update soon.
Absolutely perfect, Except that you stopped! Cliffhangers, ARHH!!!! I hate cliffhangers. :-) The characters are well written, the plot so far is great, and the speed of the story varies but mostly only when it is appropriate. So please write more soon. More, Soon, and Please!?!
As for what is going on with River and Emma, I really want to know; so please let us know soon. Though I will venture a guess that if they are not channeling two different people, oh, like Buffy and Faith; They are channeling just one person. That would either make for a boring fight or a very interesting one.

Not sure why they're fighting, but I like how it's reading. I'm a dirty old man though, so I'm seeing mental images of Emma and River and ... well, it's pretty exciting all right.
I like it a lot. Mean cliffy, looking forward to next chapter. Hopeing for some Xander/River but even if that's not going to happen, I'm gonna read whatever you have in store for this story :)
