Eh....interesting story. But couldn't you have picked a different marvel character? Naruto as Cain Marko doesn't really appeal to me. I hated the Juggernaut. I always imagined a grown Naruto to have a build like Remy LeBeau a.k.a. Gambit. The Juggernaut is a freak...

The unstoppable Narugernaut... Very interesting premise. The blending of Naruto and Cain seems to care far less about others than Naruto. He could have just as easily knocked the low level ninjas out as killed them, but he didn't - and showed no remorse. Otherwise, it will be interesting to see where this plot bunny goes.

This has promise, but be careful how you blend Cain's and Naruto's characters together. I worry about you utterly destroying Naruto's empathy that he seems to share with everyone, as it is one of his key characteristics. Just watch how apathetic you make him to life/his friends, or devote a scene with him pondering his changes, or something along those lines: right now it is too sudden a shift. Good work on an original idea.
