Don't worry about this story, I'm still really enjoying it. I love this perspective of Anita as the older sister beating up her brothers bullies. I can't wait to see how she feels when Xander decides to dedicate himself to fighting vampires, I hope that when Xander discovers her necromancy you have him remain supportive. It seems like more of her old life is slipping into her dreams, when will the two lives collide?
yep, Anita has a temper and that would change things somewhat...come to think of it, at heart the reason she was so effective wasn't her magic powers etc (though those sure helped) it was her ability to turn off her emotions & kill people and/or do whatever needed doing without hesitation or remorse --she's not quite Edward, but close, when she wants to be. That takes time to develop of course.... It'd be interesting if she finds out about vampires & such & just doesn't tell anybody...maybe gets a mentor she can learn necromancy from? * I bet she'd learn VERY fast, it'd feel almost like she's only being reminded of things she already knew . And necromancers are VERY powerful next to vamps & the like---that one ep of Angel involving one made that clear--- Hm...so we're ending up with a Xander/Willow who are slightly less downtrodden than in the tv show..

hm, kinda reminds me of Dawn getting accosted by that crazy guy with the 'you don't belong here!' line. (On 1991, how about Anita got her revenge by arranging for a clown for Xander's next birthday? Heh..) I have to admit, really wondering what happened to Anita Blake to get her into Sunnydale. Maybe a vengeance demon / wish? "I wish I'd had a sister who was ok with the supernatural!" heh--

I'm really liking this story. It's unique, I've never seen the dimension jumping doing anything like this before. Keep it up, I'm intrigued. ~Dire Banshee

huh, echoes of her other life keep coming up....and so far, she hasn't seen any of Sunnydale's supernatural side (or her own). I assume things start to change no later than when Buffy arrives... might be fun if Jean Claude shows up sometime after....

huh. maybe vamps have a rule about throwing back the small ones, ie not drinking children 'cause there isn't enough blood in them or something. Dolls---heh. Soon she'll be making one 'move' ? .... vamps really don't like necromancers in this 'verse, maybe they can sense it in her & stay away?
