Another great story, you are 3 for 3 on post works that are great. I just finished the "Buffy Carter" series for the 2nd or 3rd time and love it more each time. I look forward to any new works you post and hope you might just return to the Buffy Carter world. Keep up the great work regardless of what world you write in.

Nice. I liked the resolution between the three, while still leaving the possibility for a sequel or even side stories to accompany it. Setting Buffy up with the codename Ragnarok is a nice parallel to the future you set up to be prevented. That part sort of reminded me of a mix between Age of Apocolypse and the Days of Futures Past realities.

Which was kind of my intention both being amongst my favorite plotlines in X-men.

Unsure at the moment. I am moving in several directions also I am part of a startup company right now with a lot riding on my ability to produce good quality software architecture so I don't have a lot of time to write even if I'd like to.

I don't have a lot of time at the moment, so I am actually not writing and I haven't been for a few months. I won't get to write until my summer vacation, but I am planning to end this story then. I will try to close all active plot threads (but not all plots as this is modeled after a comic series and there is always more layers and stories to tell).

So I just got back to this story, but it is amazing. I can't really even offer any constructive criticism. Can't wait to read more.

Let's see how much more there will be.

Really sad you are giving up on this, as i really liked where this was going.

I know and I am sorry, but with my muse more or less diseased and with starting a company with a few friends I have not had either time or inclination to do this right and proper. But I am writing one or two more chapters to round things off and then I will stop.

Excellent story, only a few minor errors in the story to deter from it. Most of those were annoying spelling/grammar errors that get by us all. And a minor point that bothered me with Buffy being broke after picking up the drug dealers money, I found it odd that she would leave it after making sure to take some of it. Other than that I really enjoyed the story and was impressed by its size and complexity. Looking forward to reading more of your writing.

I should have made it clear about the money I can see that. My intention was to have a short scene with Buffy trying to use it, but being afraid that it would somehow lead the police to her. I forgot to do that. I think I will head back in and correct it for a later repost. Thank you for pointing the problem out.

I really do love your stories, and it is hard to decide whether I prefer this or Going Home through a starry mirror. Although I wish it could be updated more often I understand true quality takes time and at least you always write huge chapters to make the wait worthwhile.

Thank you for the review. Personally I prefer Going Home to this one, but that is just my current bias. That changes occasionally.

I haven't actually written anything for a time now as I am busy with other stuff in my work life. But I will do more as soon as I am able and inspired at the same time.

I usually take between 2-3 days of actual writing (writing for about 6-7 hours each day) to produce one of my chapters. Then I read it through once but always a few days later to let my opinion of it become more objective and then if I don't have a beta I put it up on the websites.

The last arc, at the time that future Willow showed up, almost made me stop reading this. But I continued, and had a great read with it. I jsut never liked the 'Days of Future Past' X-Men arc that you so obviously borrowed from. But, you did it much better and I actually liked that part of the story as well. Never let cannon interfere with fannon is my motto. And yours to it seems. Well, thanks for writing this, bye for now.

PS I wonder if this Buffy is ever going to activate her secondary mutation. With Apocalypse as a new Big Bad it seems she'll need it, sooner or later. And it could be an awesome plot point scene when she does activate it, for it seems her death activates it, by turning her into a being of pure psychic energy. Well I am glad you stuck with it and yes 'Days of Future Past' and its likes (time travel stuff done in the X-Men series since) were my inspiration I loved the original story as well as the two original characters to come out of there (Rachel Summers and Nimrod) back when they still resembled the characters who came from there.

In fanfiction I do have a rule: The universe(s) I use are true and real up until I take over after that the story is in charge and canon becomes only a guideline and inspiration.

As I am going to round off the story with an epilogue for now because my "muse" -- for a lack of a better term -- is "gone" I doubt I'll get to tell the story of the Secondary Mutations of my characters. But yes facing off against Apocalypse could truly be a costly affair. I will somewhat resolve things in the epilogue, but as this is working with comics rules the story has no true end (comics never do).
