Has potential but I would like to know when in the other series this takes place and if Xander will make an appearance. Maybe help young Harry set up since even if he can't do the mojo he does have the memories of a Sorcerer Supreme in his head.

That is assuming that Harry decides to set off on his own to learn about his powers and then correct the problems of the wizarding world.

Also wonder how you will have Dumbledore react to the new Harry with so much power. For some reason I can't see this Harry falling in as a follower of Dumbledore, especially as this was during a time that Harry was being kept in the Dark as to what was going on. Besides the idea of a Sorcerer Supreme going to a school with the other children just doesn't really fit, it would undermine any impression of authority and power.

Maybe Harry keeps the suit and his new power a secret, that could work although it would be dificult for him to get away with how closely Dumbledore and the Order keep track of him, unless he has some help from a few Order members.

Is Harry going to have an older woman to fall in with and be the support and public face, even Strange did have a side kick/servant though the guys name escapes me. I have always liked Tonks, even if it is only as a friend or big sister and not a lover.

Though there are also a number of issues that you would have to explain, such as the wizarding world policy on demons, also the black magic and wiccans using non wand magic and how the wizarding world handles that.
The issue of Merlin being an ascended being in the Stargate Universe would also have to be covered. It can be done but you have to be careful to cover all the bases to be consistent.

yep, Xander will make an appearance much later on, but he will have more than enough on his plate for now.

Being granted the powers of the Magius Supremus does not automatically make Harry god-like, the armor that his grimoire stole/summoned from Xander's armory is there for a reason... it acts as a limiter until he learns how to better access Al Azif in his power form. Having him go back to Hogwarts do not hinder him in that, only Volde is the real hindrance. Al Azif herself will be teaching young Harry all that she knows, but it will take time for him to fully grow into the mantle of actual Magius Supremus.

Dumbledore on the other hand, will have to realize that some things are best left alone and beyond his control.

As for having an older woman.... Al is soooo much more............ uh, well, you know.... even for a feminine sentient book.... gonna shut up now before I get hit on the head about woman and their unmentionable ages...

A few friends will be let in on the secret... but not the usual way. mmm I kinda like Tonks too... I must admit though that I had a crush on the lady who played Tonks in the movie.

As far as I can tell, most magical class beings tend to keep to themselves... hence there will be minorities all over the place and from all different types. Demons will tend to keep clear (most of the times) from the Wizarding world because they aren't worth the bother and some are too much to handle.... the wizarding world is an ARMED society after all the moment they get their wands.

Wiccans are a mixed bunch... almost as aloof as the Wizarding world in Britain, but not overly so, of all the other groups, Wiccans are amongst the most "religious" and try to live alongside with nature.

Merlin was never really exploited to such an extent in the SG-verse.... I plan to do something that will blow that out of proportion, and I couldn't see myself doing that with Xander.... but doing it here would work.
