awesome start! you are doing a great job writing the characters and I loved the bit where they tried to stake Snape (I think that is who you implied) I hope you continue to write and I can't wait for it to be updated! :)

This will prove interesting, I think. The funniest thing was the several rapid calculations it took for Angel to count from 1976 to almost a year later. Lol.

Thanks for the update. It really cleared things up for me. Gotta say though...I don't know who makes the worst parents..Jessica and Tony Harris or Lucious Malfoy and Bellatrix LeStrange! Angel (a.k.a. Deadboy) and Xander are going to make a great couple once the shock clears up! Looking forward to the next update. :o)

Good, I was hoping it would! And, yeah, Xander's really got bad luck when it comes to parents, doesn't he? At least he's got Draco, or he will, so there's one mostly non-sucky family member. Don't you just love Xangel? I know I do. :)

Thanks. Yeah, Xander's got some issues going on, and the whole evil dad thing isn't going to help, not to mention his actions during the attack, which eventually will be an issue. I'm glad the explanation is more or less reasonable, and thanks for your review!

You'd think that Xander would associate a Castle in Ohio with Dracula's mobile castle? Otherwise, while I don't grok your characterization of Xander the storytelling and dialog is quite good.

That is a very good point. I figured he would know that it's not Dracula because of Poppy and Dobby and everything, but he surely would have at least thought about the possibility of another mobile castle or something. Thanks for the tip!

I'm glad you like the writing, even if Xander's not quite to your liking. Anything in particular that bugs you about him?
