Review of chapter "Friends in High Places" from MarcusSLazarus
Review:
Seems like a bit of a haphazard way for W&H to try and influence the Council and the SGC to destroy each other, but at least Kinsey ended up dead and Angel had some assistance in the final fight, so I suppose it all worked out reasonably well in the end.

ADDENDUM: Gotcha; thanks for clarifying
Comments from author:
The actual plan was to destroy O'Neill. Apophis had W&H do a bio on O'Neill to learn about him and he had seen what losing his son had did to him. Seeing that O'Neill had a daughter he didn't know about Apophis believed that if the girl was killed by his own hand O'Neill would be destroyed.

W&H didn't actually think it would work, hence the hedge when they contact Apophis that the plan was in motion.

Review of chapter "Friends in High Places" from Geyer
Review:
Nice plot twists all the way through. I liked reasonable Dawn, defusing a very bad situation; Janet, staying to save Buffy in the face of the self-destruct; and I've always had a soft spot for Graham Miller. Both Kinsey and Hephaestus got what they deserved, and I loved the idea of Thor helping out against Wolfram and Hart. I don't suppose they got there in time to save Wes, did they? Maybe a sarcophagus? I always thought Illyria should have been able to do something like put Wes in stasis until after the battle and get him to medical help then. And it would be nice if they could save something of Fred as well. I'm looking forward to seeing which way you take the plot next.
Comments from author:
Thanks for the review.

I don't think that SGC had access to a sarcophagus at this point.

Glad you enjoyed the story.

Review:
Well, that was pretty cool, having the Asgard show up like that, beaming the demons to somewhere, thought you never where....I wonder where....hehehe....maybe a nice nebula or sun....the center of the sun...BURN BABY BURN....lol, yeah that would fry them demons good.
Comments from author:
Glad you liked it.

I don't think Stargate ever actually said where Asgard Beams sent targets.

Review:
Yeah I think they can help with that, the rules only prevent them from assisting with natural disasters, doesn't get more unnatural than demons.
Comments from author:
Yeah, you have a point.

Thanks for the review.

Review of chapter "Friends in High Places" from Gideon
Review:
Great story. It isn't often we read about a couple of Slayers getting their butts kicked. it didn't look good for everyone for a while there but luckily Dawn was patient enough to hold off causing any trouble right away and Janet was able to prove that they were the good guys by acting like good guys.
Now that they are all friendly they each have powerful friends to call on when they have need.

Besides, Thor and the Asgard like Jack. I'm sure they'd like his daughters, too. Even if they were not completely right about the treaty part, they still could use it as an excuse for helping.

True.

Review of chapter "Just Desserts" from RevDorothyL
Review:
So THIS is the appropriate punishment that the real Hephaestus and his brothers and sisters came up with, in case any of the Goa'uld posers using their names ever came within their sphere of influence again! Everything the snake wanted, except for being imprisoned forever without the ability to move of his own volition (feeling exactly like a Goa'uld Host, in fact!).

Poetic!
