It would be so funny when Buffy finds out they understood her just fine. I'm looking forward to her displaying her abilities some more. Love how much she's intergrated herself with the Wookies. There is something so comforting about them that it just seems to fit so very well.

oh, please tell me that you're going to write more about Buffy and Chewie's friendship (Puppy is Chewie, right?). Heck, even if it's not Chewie, I'd love to see more. This was so great!

If you follow the time-line, Chewie is already over 150 years old, so he can't be Puppy and he can't be Big Giant, because Chewie is a bit of a sour loser.

At the moment, Chewie's part is as much as it was in the first three episodes (the new ones) of Star Wars. I think I could give him a few scenes in Attack of the Clones, making it seem natural without making it seem as if I'm being forced by the readers to give him some extra 'camera' time.

I greatly enjoyed this. I hope to read the sequels soon.

Good start. One technical note though, spears can't really slash. Impale with the pointed end, and bash with the other end and near the pointed end, but not slash like a sword does. You might be thinking more of a halbred, which is basically an axe blade on the end of a long pole.

It has a wicked metal blade. Buffy would call it a spear. (I called it a spear-like weapon) The reason why Buffy slashed with the spear, if she had trusted it into the Furry-T-Rex and hadn't hit any vital organ, it might have struck or broken. I think slashed wouldn't be too bad of a description. She was going for some vital blood-vein.

Interesting. Now buffy has acquired a lifedebt and a companion until the debt is cleared. I wonder how long it will take her to get to understand her new friends? Is the crossbow guy Chewie?

Chewie isn't on the Wookiee world and probably out in space piloting some spaceship.

FANTASTIC! Without a doubt one of the best Star Wars fanfics I've read in a LONG TIME! I like how Buffy points out to Puppy how foolish his hunt was as well as her taking down of the 'elder' Wookie.

I really am looking forward to more of this chapter, Buffy no doubt joining the 'clan'. Hoping to see her in some nice Wookie made clothing, doing some hunting and meeting some prissy Jedi.

Makes you wonder if they feel a echo of something that is a mixture of 'Dark Side and Light' about her and wonder if her abilities are some other Force-like ability. Hoping you to not have the PTB show up or Whistler to blab on and on about her role here and hoping she is just GOOD and LOST!

Buffy isn't going to be showing any Force-like ability and no PTB or Whistler or even Willow showing up.

Buffy and the Wookiees has a lot of potential, just glad it wasn't Ewoks. Love how Buffy fought and helped her "Puppy". lol.

I think Dawn would fit better with the Ewoks.

It is a brillant and enaging story. It really does sound like Buffy's voice and I can see her really enjoying some time with the wookies. Q. Does 'puppy' owe Buffy a life debt and what will this mean?
But please continue this story, please don't leave me hanging!

I'm glad you could hear Buffy, that's a great compliment. 'Life debt'? Yes and no, I think I tweaked it a little. Because you can't really 'demand' a Life Debt of a child, teenager.
