I didn't really like Ari's father before - but this story tells how playing with people's lives will destroy not only them but is kind of contagious and continues to the people around them.

oh my god. That was ... I'm seriously having trouble coming up with something that effectively communicates how that made me feel. Like a jaw dropping punchNhug, from the same person.
A grown up dawn. A serious and angsty lil thing. OMG I completely love this!
I mean, it's complete. There's room for more, definitly (and please), but it is in and of it's self, whole.

All I can say is that, like everything else you write, this was oh my God amazing and I'm almost willing to say that I think I want more of this more than I want more of The Key, The Dark Hunter, And The Link, which I love quite greatly. I always did have a love/hate thing with Ari. I love this little snapshot and cannot wait for a longer series if at all possible.

Wow! You managed to do something NCIS never did, make me not hate Ari totally. I'm glad to see you writing, I'll read anything you write. I hope you haven't given up on some of your other stories (House's Key, The Key, the Dark-hunter and the Link and The Flipped Side...My Daughter the what)
