I was very happy to see an update of this and think the whole Cordy torture with spa treatments thing is great. My guess is that because Alexandra ended the Riverton curse it is ended for good even for Xander so he keeps the magic. What Chris had to say about 'Lavelle' was a big tell. (Some flashbacks on that would be nice maybe leading to Chris getting clue that Xander, Alexandra, and Lavelle are are all one and the same, or maybe he'll put the familiar cold potions together in his brain, or both?)

So do Willow or Tara notice Alexandra is pregnant before turning her back to Xander? M/preg is okay but a little squicky as the plumbing isn't right (and if the plumbing is right we are dealing with a whole different species see "Left Hand of Darkness" by Ursula K. Leguin and it is not a little evolutionary hop either) and the medical establishment isn't set up for it. The supermarket tabloids would love it.

Great chapter. Chris mentioned that he went with Lavelle. Is he from an alternate now that he didn't go back? If so that could mean that he could get Xander if he explains things about him to Lex. He went looking for an Alexa Harris and found Xander so why not have a lightbulb moment and have him look at the files a little closer? Just a thought. Good story though.

It seems like Chris would be open to giving Xander a chance when Alexandra is gone. He just thinks that Xander wouldn't be interested. Xander seems to think the same about Chris, and they both need ice cream to help them wallow. It's obvious that they both think alike, and are on the same wavelegnth! They should really give things a try! When Xan becomes himself again, will he still be pregnant? Will he still be a witch? Wyatt and Chris are Halliwell MALE witches. I hope Xander gets to keep his power! He seems to think that he will 'go back' to being nothing. He doesn't value himself at all. He doesn't seem to think that he is worthwhile. Not even of having Prince Charming.

Ooh poor Chris and Xander I hope they find a way to be together
