The disclaimer I use was dictated to me by the legal department of Eden Studios, at the time holder of the license for the Buffy Role-Playing Game, as a requirement for them hosting a link to my fanfic site on the official game site. I'm not required to use it here but it's easier to just include it; especially as the mods are currently insisting on comprehensive disclaimers and you can't get more comprehensive than mine.
