Hmm, I'm not used to the Cat being that direct. No problems other than that with the first chapter, good incident, great newspaper clipping.
Nice touch having Gary lead the tour bus until he's hoarse. Stuff happens to him a lot and that's a great example :D
I'd have preferred more of a Quantum Butterfly effect rather than the Scoobies saving Gary by reading about his death in the paper, but it falling out of his back pocket during a rescue makes sense.
So, has Gary been slightly oblivious to the nightlife in Chicago, or is the (normally subdued?) Hellmouth 300 miles away in Cleveland attracting more demons than normal? Or something else entirely? :D

Well... can't say I ever saw this crossover before :) Great start, a little to abrupt on introducing Gary to the vampire stuff, but works. Looking forward to what comes next.
