Gah, you are so awesome and made of win that it is beyond description. Loved the story! LOVED IT. I love the idea of John/Joan being totally comfortable with their gender fluidity, in fact being more comfortable with it then without it. I love Rodney's desperate need for either Sheppard, and the interludes with Torren were beyond cute. I know in the show that John seemed a little freaked out by Torren, but he's so good with kids that I can totally see him doing well taking care of an older infant. I really liked the concept of this story and your portrayal of the characters. Great writing!

Another excellent story. Thanks for sharing. :-)
The ending was surprising. I thought you'd leave Sheppard one gender or the other, not still flipping back and forth.
So... Rodney gets the girl, and keeps his best friend.
