I think you chose a good way to end that part of all their journeys through this (though I am pretty curious what Faith went through during that week alone).

I would imagine her week alone was spent wondering about, slaying, perhaps revisiting alone some of the places she and Buffy went together when she was a child, at least in the past day or so since she came back...before that I would imagine she just fled not really knowing where she was going and stayed away.

So --great story! Thinking of doing a sequel? Might be fun to jump ahead, have Dawn added to the mix. I always thought the monks made Dawn out of both slayers (see the S7 ep where Dawn is seen from the back at the Bronze, dancing just like Faith etc)... with both slayers at the same house, it makes it even more likely that genetically she'd be half of each --

Second reviewer again... Loved it! I too am hoping for a sequel with them getting to be better friends. I still can't believe that she came back. Great ending. Keep up the good work.

This was very good. I do hope there is a sequel to it. I know you do a lot of Buffy Faith pairings and maybe this is a prequel to one. However I liked this as it is. Just a fic about two women learning to be friends. I never been a fan of femslash. Esspecially with these characters but you have written wonderful works. I would love to see Faith and Buffy work out their issues as simply friends and sisters. I think that had they talked in the beging and been honest a lot of the stuff would never have happened. Both made a lot of assumtions that bite them in the ass. Anyway well done. You write a very convising story line.

Great update. Well, this all sounds good talking about it, but what happens when seventeen-year old Faith comes back to her body. Will she remember what happened with Joyce and Buffy, and if so, will Faith believe what she remembers.

OK you've primed me for the next chapter and the necessary sequel that needs to be read also. I'm not at all sure whether Faith will remember but if memory would be linear and accept these add ons of this magic induced mutation coupled with memory loss..., it's all in the breath control. I can't wait to find out.
Hmm that was a fast chapter... Seems Faith does understand and wants to be herself again. Question is, will Willow and the others be able to do it and will Faith remember what has ALL happened, or will she only remember what happened up to before she turned young again? Will Buffy and Faith still manage to get along after she is fully back to herself? I still LOVE this story. I can't wait for the next chapter and I am soo surprised that you got this chapter up so quick. (PS. I am 5 months now.)

Faith could go either way... might be enraged & humiliated & lash out, or she might realize that she's gotten a 2nd chance now. Her & Buffy really got off on the wrong foot--I remember F in an early ep asking about B & Angel & Buffy said something like "I'm not ready to talk about that..." which I think F. took as a rebuff--and when they had the big meeting about Buffy (found out Angel was back) F. immediately assumed the meeting was about her.... maybe now it can work out. If so, the only remaining problem is the Initiative
