Okay - bribe time--

There is a candy store chain on the west coast of the United States called 'See's '(logo of a sweet old white haired lady with a little smile and a white lacy shawl in a black dress with a cameo at the throat that is the founder of the chain) that makes chocolate, and other delights of the forbidden to us struggling with overweight, that I've always considered better than Godiva.

How about a pound of that????

You're driving me crazy here.

Review:
Came back to this my favourite Xander/Dawn story! and my next recommendation at the Hellmouth Crossing Awards for the category of Best Xander Multiple Crossing Story of 2011, hoping that Godogma takes this review as a boost to put up some new chapter's.

The future of soldier Xander seems assured with Omega sector and the Initiative both taking a interest in him and maybe like one reviewer states, in the future the SGC. I wonder what Buffy's reaction will be to their belief, caused by a normal "soldier" like Xander!!!!, that norms can affect the supernatural war and not just Slayers, Witches and Weres oh my! I can just see the reaction when the consultant called in turns out to be a Command Master Sergeant/Chief (still haven't figured out his service) A.L. Harris with over 4 years of experience and Buffy nearly have a conniption fit over this.

I love this.

You should have Xander get the green blood ex. by the military so they can develop a more ready supply for him to use.

I just reread this story from the beginning - for at least the third time - and it's still a delight. I love the way everyone is adapting to the reality of the world, and the Hellmouth, as they watch Xander.

Review of chapter "Chapter 7 - Home Sweet Hellmouth?" from kayron
Review:
I just finished re-reading this story, and now I remember why I decided to track it. I find it to be both funny and weird! Why weird? Because Xander is leading this whole secret life! He's got this whole secret identity thing going on and he's dragging in the nost interesting and unusual people into his orbit. He's being watched by the 'True Lies' spy guys (why, I don't know). He's got the Initiative going to HIM for advice and help, as well as Maggie Walsh using HIS fighting methods (armor) to supplement her own soldiers. He's got the U.S. military actually thinking that he, Xander Harris, is a deep cover spy. They're giving him freaking BACK PAY, medals, and field promotions for goodness sake!! This is so totally freaking weird, yet at the same time completely fascinating! The reason I find it so very interesting is that Xander is supposed to be 'normal guy', average human, the Zeppo. Yet, Xander is accomplishing SO MUCH that no one notices (well except for Joyce and Dawn now) or would believe of him. To think, at one point the poor guy was wandering by empty houses and sitting in trees missing his friends. He's got this whole life going on! He's not dead-end-job Xander like the girls think. I am still curious about where the Stargate program comes into play. I hope to see more of this story.
