I don't think kissing is what does it. I mean Doyle was married before, right? I assume there would be kissing involved in there somewhere. Of course, that might have been before the visions, too.

You're right, kissing isn't what does it, but Giles didn't say it was - he just said that's how Doyle passed them on to Cordy. Dawn will find that out, soon enough.
