Review of chapter "tribute to a dead forum series" from Harry
Review:
A fitting tribute. When one is a guard for the dead, one should not be considered a Black Knight.
Comments from author:
The grave in the final picture was the knight's own. I was using the references in previous segments to come up with both tribute and the expression of what happened to the knight in question. The character was from an au timeline within the forum.

Review of chapter "Nights Forever" from DieselDriver
Review:
Tried to look up "Ladies of Table Seventeen" in Wikpedia and came back empty. Also tried Google & Yahoo. No joy. Is there another title or perhaps an author?
Comments from author:
Read the first Tales from the Barman story. The Ladies of Table Seventeen is a reference to a group of goddesses who were evidently present for Xander's infamous "male stripper, no power on this earth will get me to tell that story" experience at the Fabulous Ladies Night club in Oxnard, referenced only once in canon as he was talking with Buffy during the season premier of season 4 of the show. It's a reference to a non canon expansion of a canon moment. Make sense?

Chapter 68: Table Seventeen, in the first story. That's where it began.

Review of chapter "Defender of the Night" from DieselDriver
Review:
I really liked the "Gargoyles" show. There's in an analog of one of them attending Whately Academy in that universe. http://www.crystalhall.org/stories.html

Cool stuff. I can't figure out why no one has done any crossovers from there to here. If I was even half the author that some of the people here are I would have done one myself. I've tried to write but I can't keep track of the details.

Review of chapter "What Happened After Bill?" from DieselDriver
Review:
Never watched Kill Bill so no real clue about the movie except what you've written. Don't think I want to watch it now. To much bloodshed for me these days.

Review of chapter "Street Fighting" from starwolf
Review:
a well written streetfighter event, but Buffy has studied a lot of different martial art styles, after seeing it, she would be able to duplicate whatever was used against her, and with some practice..., thanks for the story
Comments from author:
A no, actually, she hasn't, she's barely even studied what passes for martial arts what the Watchers teach. And no, she would not be able to duplicate whatever was used against her, she can only duplicate things easily that Slayers before her studied. Even then, ki manipulation is on an entirely different level than just physical movement.

Review of chapter "The Dark Passenger" from legstanner
Review:
I really enjoyed this chapter. I think the tone of it was just right. And overall I think the writing of Dexter and Xander was done very well.

Review of chapter "Taking a Break" from Harry
Review:
*Applauds* When a man has seen as much as he has, and lived as long as he has, a break is truly called for. And I hope that Mister E finds that time for a break at Nights.
Comments from author:
Me too, the full story of events leading to his retiring (for a while at least) is at Fanfiction Dot Net, and named Wild Horses Can't be Tamed. It started out as a Ranma Saotome becomes a Hero story. or at least that was the intention. Instead it became a tale of the Freedom Society's last days, with Ranma being a minor (yet important) character. Mister E is his world's equivalent to Superman, and was cursed for a crime not entirely his fault to live until he atones. Atones for what? The creation of atomic power since it was his hydrogen generator plans which were used in his world to make the atomic bomb, replacing water with plutonium for the fuel source. Something done while he was in a coma.

Funny thing, his costumed identity stems from when he first stopped a bank robbery by accident. When an officer asked him what happened, Smith said "That my good man is the mystery."
