Another possibility for a crossover Champions: TNG. Xander, Dawn, and Andrew survive a plane crash in the Himalayas and receive the same upgrade.
Somewhere along the way, they come to the attention of the previous three.

I have really never liked the idea of superpowered Xander (one of the reasons I tend to avoid YAHTs). He doesn't need powers, he is the common man/woman/fish/etc. being allowed to help save the world with nothing more than his will to succeed and a remarkable skein of both good and bad luck.

I remember the watching the Champions. I liked that show, even if I was just a kid when I saw it. Nice beginning and I hope you continue your story. At least so we can see the Slayers slay Mr. Tentacle. Lol!
