You have a superb grasp of the two verses. This story blew me away.
Comments from author:
Thanks. So often with stories, they get read alot when they're on the latest page, and then sink into obscurity. I'm so happy you decided to give my oldest story a shot. :)

This is a totally late review. This fic is firmly among my top favorite fanfics of all time. I love your characterizations, and your villain is among the best I've read. Thank you so much for this story.

Review:
What a fantastic story! Your Willow and Richard are wonderful, and Willow as Lupa/Vargamor/Den Mother makes me chuckle. I see all kinds of potential for sequel here! That spark of Oz/Anita you hinted at when they "kissed" was tantalizing and the rising tensions with the Council make for a great plot. Or perhaps you could just write a series of "episodes" like a season of a TV series, and build up to another "movie" or epic novel like this one. That would allow Willow a chance to catch her breath, work into her new life and start to get comfortable - well as comfortable as you can get with Anita and crew in town - before her comfortable little world is threatened by rising intrigue and war with European vampires and the Council... Sort of a revolutionary war 200 years after the non-mystical world... A few agitators drag mystical America kicking and screaming into revolution... LOL Thanks for a fic that really got my imagination going ... at 4AM!! Happy writing! -Telmah

Wow!
That was such a detailed fic... As an avid fan of both Buffy and Anita Blake I think you did a fantastic job! I wasn't a fan of Richard in the books but now I like him!
I think a sequel is definetly in order... please?!
Comments from author:
There's a sorta sequel called In the Doghouse. It's not anywhere near as long as this one, but it follows up on the characters. I'm glad you liked the story. :)

Wow, I don't usually read Anita Blake crossovers (being completely unfamiliar with that universe) but this story caught my eye. I enjoy how you have managed to explain the dynamics in the Anita Blake universe for those of us unfamiliar with it, while keeping the story moving
Comments from author:
Yay! I'm glad you found this a good introduction to that series. I think part of the reason the story did a decent job explaining the 'verse, was that at the time I wrote this, my beta had not read the series, so she was good at getting me to explain things clearly. Thanks Cameron!

Just want to say I love this story and I'm a big fan of your other AB crossovers. I just read The Summer and am currently reading My Chaton. Your characterization of Willow is fantastic and I can't wait for more. This is one of my favorite stories and your writing is one of the reasons why I have decided to start writing my own stories. Thank you.

Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed the story, and I'm so happy that my writing has inspired you to take up writing. Also, can I just say how happy I am that you reviewed? You're the first review in half a year on this and since it was the first story I ever wrote, it's nice to see people are still reading it. Best of luck on your writing!
