Review of chapter "On the Town in Satin and Lace. Part the Third." from AllenPitt
Review:
wow, Emma will be the best trained new slayer on the planet. They'll probably put her in charge of a squad of new slayers..if they overlook how she got so trained.
So Batman has his eye on them but hasn't formed a final judgment yet (or they'd have gotten a visit already)...
Comments from author:
The Bat sees everything in his town.

And the world's most dangerous man (Superman Dixit!!) strikes again!!.
I mean, Bruce scared Drusilla, poor ol'd vamp girl never had a chance ;).

Cool chapter, see ya!!!.
Comments from author:
C'mon, it's the Bat, he can scare just about anybody, not just psychics that can sense people's true natures and force of will...

Review:
though I suspect tales of her 'many adventures' would not enthrall the 2... So--to 'fix' her she'd need to get a soul and some major psychiatric help, unless there's a magic/meta type who could help with that...
Kind of reminds one of Dana the crazy slayer, doesn't it?
so...one wonders if Wayne will be at a nearby table, getting quite a surprise on seeing them... her, the Question, and that meta that can turn people into dust!

Review:
centuries and compound interest make for good things, I suppose. Gee, that clothing establishment accommodated vampires much better than that one in LA that Darla & Drusilla went to. The service there was simply unacceptable!
Comments from author:
Gotham has been a hive of scum and villainy far longer than LA has.

Review of chapter "Providing Succor and Scholarship Part the Fourth." from Lucinda
Review:
Drusilla as a teacher and mentor... I'm not sure if I should be amused or appalled. I think I'll settle for 'yes'.

I do confess to being less than well-informed about the incarnation of Gotham that you're using in this, but Drusilla is so delightful that I'm enjoying it anyhow. I have considerable fondness for her, perhaps more than is healthy.

Quite an enjoyable story so far.

Lucinda
Comments from author:
I would agree with your statement of 'Yes'.

I'm using a mostly comic book version of Gotham.

Review:
I think giving Drusilla a soul would be very cruel, at least initially...ie lots of things to feel guilty about. IF she then received a lot of psychiatric help, she might make it. The human Drusilla was a very good person... If she could consciously control her "Sight" ability, she'd be very powerful....
Meanwhile --it'd be neat if one of Montoya's friends could come up with a soul-restoring spell..
Comments from author:
She's already mad...at this point it's just a matter of degree.

Review:
So...does that mean that our protagonist duo will meet Batman? Oh I would just love to see how uncomfortable the ol' Bat would be with Drusilla around ;)
Comments from author:
Oh they'll meet the "Dark One" eventually

Review:
So Montoya became the Question? Gee, I'm behind on comics.... an interesting choice, though. Meanwhile Robin & ...Batgirl? Are shadowing them a bit, for obvious reasons. Darn, they missed a chance to say "she's a meta, has the power to turn people to dust! Beware!"
Comments from author:
Yeah she became the Question during the events of 52. I am playing loose with the DC Universe, so it is after No Man's Land and most of the events around Final Crisis didn't happen.

Who say's they didn't see Emma's trick? (Oh yeah, Tim Drake Robin and Cassandra Cain Batgirl)

Alright, good-ish, or somewhat on the Not-totally-evil side...or yeah like you said, a complete nutjob. I just wanted to ask, was it in the first chapter? Hmmm, the guy with the red cape, I didn't recognize him.
Comments from author:
That was the Creeper.
