True, but I'm sure we can all take heart in the fact that the ones who tangled with Illyria in person probably suffered a great deal.

I thought about writing such a story: an 'Illyria, searching for Gunn's prison, winds up on Gor' story... but then I realized that doing such a thing would require me to read even more of a series that makes the prose of L. Ron Hubbard read like Shakespeare than has already been inflicted upon me, so I passed. You are free to do so if you so choose, however. :)
