Too bad Rory doesn't understand the situation. She could jump out from behind a rock and tell SG-1 "I am the leader of the Vorons! Bow down before me!"..... or something like that. As is.... ah, when two world-saving organizations collide, each thinking they're the ones who should be in charge of world-saving. As is, Rory is breaking a whole ton of laws...
And we're about to find out just how much range that locator has, that Rory is wearing. heh.
