Can I be picky, about one small point. If one of the bikes was going to break down, it wouldn't be the honda. Sorry and all that, but apart from a few rare cam chain issues with some of the older sports bikes, they're bulletproof. More likely it would be the Indian that would break...

Let's call it bad luck? LOL. I honestly have no clue about bikes (other than liking the look of some) as you'll find out in the next chapter with it needing 'parts' ordered to fix it...

Samantha and Henry are likely to at least know OF each other, since Henry was at NASA and Sam was trying to become an astronaut (She was a Space Shuttle Commander when she died in the alternate "Continuum" time-line)

I like it! I enjoy stories with some Sam/Cassie bonding. I wonder if Cassie knows about the oddity that is Eureka? I also wonder what is going to happen when the Eurekians discover Sam is COL Dr. Samantha Carter. Lol! Paranoia is going to run rampant.

Nice start. I'm glad that you don't seem to be going down the Jack and Sam are cousins, or similar route. I do wonder if it will turn out that Sam and Henry know each other. They should at least be aware of each other by reputation, and maybe have met at conferences, or something like that.
