First, the first part, doesn't seem to flow too well, imho. The whole 'fray-adjacent' part doesn't mesh together well. Thing is, I can't really see how to change it.

Poor Danny, going up against Indiana Harris. What we now need, is a scene where this is reversed. Danny and Co taking something from Xander and he's going after them and takes it back. Preferably, using the whip to get out of their clutches. And Jack saying 'No fair! I want a whip like that!'

I'll be honest, I just don't see Xander really using a whip more than once. Oh, I imagine he'll try, but that's a difficult thing to master. He will use everything else at his disposal.

As for the first part, I don't know. I think there's a certain amount of "you're just human" that will always be around, at least this way he gets to do something.

I suppose it could be a combination of the two. Xander isn't Indy, he just gets to pretend he is. It's his basic job, going out, finding relics and artifacts, and returning them to the council for use and occasional disposal.

And you never know what he is going to find...

I'm glad people are amused by it. I do hope to have more, but I don't know when I'll be able to get more. One of the many reasons I'd like to collaborate with someone.

LOL I can so see that happening. I imagine tho that if daniel gets too frustrated and jack gets fed up with danny's whining they may try and recrut zander. or they could find writings/people who relate to the slayer mythos. great job. so many ways to turn I can't wait to see whats around the bend.

Actually, I was really hoping to keep the two worlds separate as much as possible. I'd prefer to keep this from becoming a "superfriends" kind of fic. Maybe the occasional team up, but generally adversarial.

I think I answered in your last review, but people coming together to work on the larger story. Swapping ideas, brainstorming and perhaps alternating chapters. It's gotta be fun.

People working together to make a longer story, perhaps alternating chapters, or some such. Bouncing ideas off each other and trying to figure out something for the basic storyline. Nothing too long.

It might remain a one shot if I don't get some other people involved. I had the idea, but I'm up to my armpits in other projects, some are fanfics and some are real life stuff, so I don't have that much time. If it's just me, it's going to be very long between updates.
