Wow, I totally didn't see the whole Buffy/Dean thing coming. God, that whole mess is just sucky for everyone all around, isn't it? Explains why Buffy seems to hate Dean's guts though.

I kinda feel bad for Dean though. For having to learn about the pregnancy/miscarriage, at such a time. Major suckage right there.

I hope Buffy and Sam kiss and make up soon.

Nice addition, but I gotta say, I'm slightly disappointed. The whole Buffy/Dean thing added nothing but unnecessary tension to the story. You started out strong in this chapter, but then it ended like a bad soap opera.

I know it's a little overdramatic. It is a very minor plot point for the next chapter and not much else so you don't have to worry too much about it. Thanks for reviewing!

Ouch! So is Sam gonna punch Dean once they're outside? Sucks that his manwhore-ish behavior had to come back and bite him in the a** like that. Poor Buffy for losing the baby - though if she works things out with Sam, maybe it's better she doesn't have a child with his brother.

I normally don't really like Sam/Buffy pairings, but I adore this fic. I like that you had Buffy meet Sam at Stanford. I've read plenty of "character-from-different-fandom-meets-and-dates-Sam-at-Stanford" fics but I think this is the only one that I've read in which that character is Buffy (my favorite B:tVS character).

Having Azazel as the source of the whole 'essence of demon' aspect of the Slayer is a very interesting twist and I'd love to see how that'll effect things later on.

Please update soon. Pretty, pretty please? I'm dying to see how Sam (and Dean) react to Buffy spilling the beans and vice versa.
