Review of chapter "Effects and Side-effects" from nemogbr
Review:
If they all end up keeping some of their powers, then it would prove useful.

I presume that Jonathan would have the power levels from Lois and Clark or Smallville? DC comics are too exaggerated.

Buffy keeping the lifeskills of a noblewoman would be useful. Perhaps the language skills including Latin along with how to act around nobility?

Of course, Xander is very useful. Perhaps taking over Moloch's lair would make things easier for his projects.

I'm one who checks out every Halloween fic and usually winces my way through the first few chapters before giving up. There are some gems out there. Your story looks to be one. It's easily readable from the beginning and just fun. :) Avatar was a great movie. Spock was one of my first crushes. The new Spock didn't turn out half bad so I'm very interested. Superman is the American mascot of all time. I never would've thought to put those three diverse characters in one story. Go you! :)

There is on occasion a time,
When all the reviews are in rhyme,
Now ending the shame,
You entered the game,
Not saying this would be a crime!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is very delightful. If, as Giles surmises, specific costumes of those with rich and well known mythologies gain more concrete results, the Superman one is going to keep not only the memories, but the powers. Seriously, talk about legendary!
I like! If Cordy is still all blue-ie and everything, does Xander still have pointed ears? Or green blood? And if he does, I wonder what the effects of copper based blood would be on an iron based vampire? Lol! And can Xander-Spock build phasers? Or even advanced computers? This would definitely solve all their money problems. Lol! Nice job so far and I look forward to more.
To me, Helloween stories aren't just about Halloween, they are about the interesting changes in the Standard Buffyverse that happen afterwards. Your changes should be very interesting. Lol!
Review of chapter "Are you there, Eywa? It's me, Neytiri..." from Kumoatsu
Review:
ok how the hell did Cordey not choke and die in a minute in our atmosphere. their lungs don't run off of oxigen and don't even try to claim physiology not being changed not unless you aren't going to have Andrew actually able to absorb yellow sunlight for power, if you do one thing somewhere you have to do it for the rest. so seriously I dare you to come up with a realistic reason that encompasses he entire group of people affected by it, other wise you had some really poor planning, and just forgot that the atmosphere on thier planet is poisonous to use and on ours it would be poisonous to them.
Comments from author:
I didn't forget. With all of the many critters that wandered around on that Halloween night, I assumed that Ethan put in a proviso allowing them to defy the "natural" laws of magic so that they could be on our plane of existence. Example: Willow dresses up as a ghost, but doesn't follow any of the "ghostly rules" that are later evidenced later on in the series. Also, her body neither decomposes nor suffers from any sort of atrophy while it is "dead". AFter the spell, she just gets up and walks away.
So, in a word, why did Cordy not "choke and die"? Magic.
