I love your stories, especially this one ... There's not many Xander/John stories and I love there interaction, especially the confidence that he gives Xander, I'm kind of dreading wether your going to stick to canon and kill off Buffy cause then you would probably go the EvilWillow! way as well, instead of Buffy can Dawn die, I don't mind her character but the going back her coming to the show made it a little crap...it can be like a metaphor, death of the scoobies innocence or something like that.... Anyway I'm going to go away and stop interfering with your story plot. Your an awesome writer, as always hoping for more soon

Its great to see an update on this one as its a fave -- now i have to decide if i'm going to re-read from the start this one or 'meet uncle john' first, oh the difficulty of decisions.

other than the guns (which is one of the first sensible things ever--i sneared at buffy getting upset at them) that xander & john bring, it doesn't seem that anything has changed from canon in the flee from glory. I don't see John going along quietly with the haphazard run from Sunnydale with no plan in sight. hopefully he'll be able to remember the ben/glory thing like spike did.

He did advice retreeating until they could come up with a plan which was what they were doing....until those crazy Knights attacked. I figure he will remember due to the hole having been dead and in hell, I might even have Xander remember.

If they are in and from the same dimension, I can see the problem with thinking that all witches are demonic witches the Hunters in the Winchester family could actually "accidently" become serial killers with the attitude that they have.

I like how you show Xander being the opposite of controlling. He's giving hospitality, and then leaving his guest on his own.

An interesting scenario. I've only watched a few episodes of SN, and while I liked the characters found the storytelling a bit trite, so the show hasn't held my interest. That said, I was able to follow what was going on. Meaning that your writing was effective. Thanks for sharing.

I LOVE THIS STORY SO FAR. THE FACT THAT JOHN AND XANDER BECAME FRIENDS FIRST LENDS A NATURAL PROGRESSION FOR THEIR RELATIONSHIP. ALSO IT IS GREAT THAT FOR ONCE XANDER IS COMING FIRST FOR SOMEONE AND HIS LOSS IS ACKNOWLEDGED AS WELL. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE REST OF THE STORY.
