Very nice idea, but some parts seem to be missing.

if your talking about the lack of houses then no I just couldn't decide what houses people with the memories of the founders yet personalities of different houses belonged so I left it up for people's imagination.

Interesting, however I would have to say that Xander should have been Slytherin. Xander was often the most sneaky out of all of the Scoobies, and I kind of get tired of everybody portraying him as the noble and selfless hero guy. Xander was incredibly biased and didn't like his point of view to be argued with, and would often jump on the hate wagon. Kind of like a certain biased and hateful founder of Hogwarts.

Ok, I can agree with that about Oz; but at the same time I am pretty sure that Salazar saw himself much the same way Xander does.

I actually agree with you on your asessment of Xander's character. He was a severe xenaphobic or is it demon phobic? However in his mind's eye he was the knight in golden armor that came saved the girl and then rode off into the sunset.
Also I thought Oz as Slytherian was cool. The wolf man was sly since he was more of the observational type and then make everyone feel like idiots with a few words. Maybe not a schemer but someone to be wary of.

Now this is interesting, and it shows the greedy side of Dumbles. Good show, good show.

I really like this last story. I would like to see this as a complete story.

You have to wonder why they'd summon a Queen if they were geek enough to know what in retrospect would be the nearly inevitable result. Of course, Tucker, Andrew's older brother, tried Hellhounds in canon, so maybe this was a shared mania on all their parts..

I was disappointed when I reached the end of this chapter! I so into the story that I completely forgot that it would only be a single chapter! Anyway, great work as usual. I really hope to see this idea continued!

With a Queen and that many baby badasses running around, I think I'd rather have the armor out of the book, rather than the movie.
