seems good to me, but maybe you can background to this. such as go into more detail with what happened to buffy and her brothers

Buffy is centuries out of her time, has no idea what's happened since. Needs more exposition for her. Maybe if she asks more questions? Or there's a "one week later, after she's acclimated". This kind of reminds me of when Holtz arrived in the present and they spent part of an ep seeing him watching multiple monitors on history bringing him up to speed...
Huh. presumably B. was a slayer & killing off vampires made her family unhappy... and as the 'first' slayer...that means like the other siblings, she could create more of 'her kind'?
Too bad she doesn't know more, she might be able to contact the current slayer(s) for help?

Well, make the whole next chapter a memory/flashback of what made Alexander Corvinus lock his own daughter up. Why did he feel Buffy was a threat? Did she believe her brothers should do the things that they did? How is Buffy the first slayer? Is the slayer line still mystical then? Or is it truly an genetic legacy?

And yes, I would try my best to answer the questions in the next few chapters..

I give this a ten for the original idea. I love the crossover. I always wonder about a sister for the brothers. Buffy, of course, is an excellent choice. I wish you could keep Lucian alive for her.

I will try and explain everything in the story; anyways, Elizabeth is Buffy's real name, the name that Alexander gave her. But after her father....

So she's the First Slayer (interesting idea)... so presumably she was around for a while before being imprisoned in the cave; and somehow she passed on her ability to another? Kind of a "still alive, can walk in the sun, but all the powers of a vampire" deal? Are slayers "only one a time, one dies the next is chosen?" Or are they all her descendants?
ie acknowledging she's the First slayer implies she knows there were others after her....
Selene must really be desperate to go B. for help.
Ooh---is there a watchers council that manages the slayers? How would it react to hearing that the First Slayer was free? Probably not well....

There are not enough Buffy/Underworld crossovers. I love that you are writing one. I think this was a good start, enough that I am curious to continue reading.
