Review:
You do such a nice job with logical extensions of the weekly episodes. Thank you for sharing your observations and extrapolations with the rest of us.

You're welcome. =) It's kind of my way of working out my own issues with the storylines!

I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop and they realise that Vietnam was twice as bad or something.

Nice lot of questions. I also am having some problems with this year's set up. All in all, it looks like the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train.

This was a great chapter! I love the extra thoughts you bring into the show. I just had a thought - what about Lexi, Duncan and the babies? I wonder if they will address that in the show at all. Most likely not. Or is Zoe and Lucas still an item or ever were an item.... thoughts to ponder....

Thanks again for the great tales!

"Call it 'Operation Fake It 'Til You Make It'... and he'd better begin as he meant to go on."

That last line is a perfect description for the Jack Carter we all know and love! Thanks for writing this!

Great chapter! I've been looking forward to your views of Eureka since I remembered the season premier was coming up. For once I knew about it before you started posting here. lol. I enjoyed Henry's POV here, it seems fairly true to character. Besides the fact that I love anything Henry, he's definitely my fave character on the show.

Like Orion said, I liked Jack/Tess last season, mainly because I'd given up on Jack/Alison, but after this episode I was SO disappointed to see Tess back. Then again, I have a feeling that this season's storyline is mainly going to be about making choices in whether or not (and how) to put the timeline back the way it was. I mean, Alison may not want to put the timeline back after seeing Kevin like that. And can I say, that when I first noticed that the timeline changed, I was bouncing up and down on my seat hoping that Nathan was back too. I miss Jack/Nathan snark so much. lol.

Looking forward to next week!

Review of chapter "Looking On Tempests" from Orion
Review:
Wow. Great!

I had several things on my mind following the premiere last week. "Henry and Not-Kim" was one, and "Didn't they establish that changing the past causes reality-ending problems beyond simply changing the present?". I am glad you touched on both of these.

That said, I don't really object to Henry potentially finding happiness with someone other than Kim.

As far as romances go, I'm not sure what frustrated me more last week. The ending of Jack and Tess at the start of the show, or that they were put back together in the new timeline. I really liked Jack and Tess last season, having finally given up on Jack and Alison. But then this episode kinda put Jack and Alison back in my mind . . .

Anyway, thanks for writing.

Absolutely in-character and exactly what I'd imagine and hope Henry's reflections would be (particularly the part about 'not being part of the problem' and 'great responsibility', as well as the startling possibility that this timeline's Kim might still be alive).

Excellent work. Your story covered many of the same thoughts I had when I saw the end of last week's Eureka. But of course you wrote them down in a nifty little story and I just pondered them. Lol! Just in passing, as a native Oregonian I was glad to see the PTB definitely put Eureka in Oregon. I look forward to reading more of your little additions to the series.
