I have no clue how the two stories you have put in a series are related. Thanks to the fact I read comics years ago I can at least follow this story. You gave Xander an interesting past life and wild powerup. What will the Scooby gang think of him now? Will they attack? Talk? Xander should be the equal of Buffy at least with this powerup. I like the possible love interest too. Anya is cool but a female Wolverine? Kewl....

On one hand I definately loved this story and will continue to read any future chapters, and on the other... I usualy dislike any Marvel stories because they can never seem to get their story right, first the future is full of war and then it's not, mutants are defeated and then they arn't, such and such's mothers brother is the father of you cousins girfriends mother, who happens to be a clone of such and such's grandmothers dead sister who was married to Eric Lenscherr and who for some obscure reason has returned to life.
Not to bash it or anything but I have no idea what Inuyasha and the character Xander is supposed to be is, sorry, but I can put two and two together and guess since it's Manga/Anime that theres nothing in the Marvel and Buffy verse that can touch him, including the PTB and W&H, and the only threat will be another item or character from Inuyasha.
Personaly I'd have just made him the equivelent of a male Slayer and/or maybe give him a healing factor.
