Review:
Ooh *shivers* So glad to see a continuation to Don't Stop Believin'! The idea that Dean and Buffy are not fighting demons and are in fact just delusional... *shivers some more* They both have such a strong sense of righteousness, I can totally see them doing this, too, under the circumstances. And their relationship? It's chilling and yet I find it kind of sweet, too (wait, does that say something about me? :P).

Fantastic work!
Comments from author:
I'm having fun with those two crazy kids. :) I think the concept of them both being completely insane isn't that far fetched and that's what makes it interesting. The relationship is suppose to be the part of the ficlet that squicks because I almost want the readers to root for them. What does that say about me? ;)

Thank you!

Ava said in response to my previous review:
I'll take the 'wow! story' as a compliment since my intention was to surprise the reader. :)

Correct; it's complimentary (also, the ending was kind of mindblowing). Sorry for any ambiguity :)
Comments from author:
I figured it was a compliment. No worries, but thank you for the clarification. :)

Review:
Yay! Loved the way you combined that part of the text, Burn Notice, and Buffy to make such a great scene. Fantastic intro and outro, just like Michael narrates the start of each episode. Loved the conversation between Fiona and Buffy. Had to laugh at Michael's reaction to naked Buffy with a knife in the kitchen. Fiona so calm about the whole thing.

I enjoyed it very much! :)
Comments from author:
Thank you! I like writing the Michael drabbles so pretty much expect them in all my Burn Notice fic'age. :) Fiona and Buffy played off one another surprisingly well. There might be more of those two in my muse somewhere. I don't think there's a lot that would phase Michael and a pretty, naked girl in Fiona's kitchen with a knife is pretty low on the odd scale for him I think.

Glad you liked it and thank you for taking the time to review.

You definitely avoided the cliche! Quite nicely, too. The surprise ending fits in well with the paranoia in I Am Legend. Great work!

Sweet! I was aiming for different and I accomplished my task. :) Thank you for taking the time to review!

I loved this; love the idea of Buffy/Ruby.
Comments from author:
Thank you. I like the idea of Buffy and early seasons Ruby. I wasn't thrilled with the latter version of the character. Thank you for taking the time to review!

Soon to be followed by the inevitable "You died?" "You Ascended and didn't turn into a giant snake?" "Vampires are real??" conversation, no doubt...
Comments from author:
I would hope Daniel, perhaps not Buffy, could keep his trap shut for at least a couple of dates. :)

Review:
Nicest "meet-cute" between Daniel and Buffy that I've read in quite a while. I'd love to find out what happens next.
Comments from author:
Thank you. I was aiming for simple and I think I accomplished that. Plus a little fluff after the last one was called for I think. :) There might be more to this 'verse. Depends on the mood, but I do have more Buffy.Daniel prompts so expect more of that pairing. Thank you for taking the time to review.

I LOVE Buffy/Daniel. I have no idea why, but it always gives me warm fuzzies when I read them. It especially makes a long 24 hours on call MUCH more bearable!!
Comments from author:
Hee!

I like them too and they're fun to write. I wish you luck with those long twenty-four hours! Thank you for reviewing.

That was a sweet story. I really like the interaction between Daniel and Buffy. It could be a really nice beginning to a relationship. Hope they have a nice dinner together.
Comments from author:
Thank you. I was aiming for simple and sweet. :) It could lead into a nice relationship between them which both of them could use at just about any point in their lives. Thank you for reviewing.

Review:
All of the stories have been fabulous. It's like Christmas every day. :)

Really enjoyed Buffy's first encounter with John in the Claw and the Fang crossover. Love that series, and it was great to see a younger version with her father. I loved Buffy's reaction to being trapped and first encountering John. Loved John's reaction and I loved that you worked in Buffy's father and some pack members. Loved her worst birthday ever comment. Poor thing, AU and birthdays still suck. :)

Loving the newest entry too with Buffy and Daniel. Always a pleasure to read. Such a great job capturing the chill of the winter weather, the warmth of the cafe, and Buffy's reaction to Daniel. Loved that their conversation was so easy and that they made the date for dinner. Fabulous scene between the two of them.

Looking forward to more.
Comments from author:
Thank you!

I had been planning to write that their first encounter for awhile, but apparently I needed the swift kick to the ass that the wishlist provided to actually write it. :) I think Buffy and Hank have/had a much stronger and more stable relationship in this 'verse. Buffy always struck me as a daddy's girl if only her father would have let her be one. *shakes head*

I was aiming for almost boring when it came to their interactions to make them more real. Most people don't save one another from vampires or aliens when they first meet so I didn't want that for this ficlet. I think it turned out pretty good.

There will be more. One from now till Christmas Eve. ;)

You're welcome. Thank you for the prompt! I picked an acoustic version of the song to listen to which is why I think this came out so mellow. :)
