Much better after rewrite! I'll confess - I lost the plotline in the old version in the third chapter, I think. this one is great, however. I'm not sure why do you need first evil to be around though - aren't Goa'uld, Replicators, Wraiths and Ori enough?
So, what next? i'll guess a time-skip or a time-line or a series of snippets spanning something like a year, to show long-term changes?

Thank you, Yog.
On the matter of the First, let's say I plan some interaction between the bad guys too. Moreover, the First is not alone. Desty Nova and Leonard Testarossa are with him.
My plan for the next chapters is to have episodes centering on some of the characters dealing with a situation or another, while saying enough to have a feeling that the overall plot advances. So your guess is not that far.

Hmm, you know, this is not only still my favorite story of yours, but this is also one of the best Halloween fics I've read, period. In my own humble opinion of course. Hehe. That said, it would be nice to see an update on this on Halloween if at all possible. Well, thanks for writing this, bye for now.
Comments from author:
Thank you, that's a good idea. I am actually working on a rewriting of some parts of the story. I have given more thoughts about which series I wanted to use to keep things coherent and 2 of them needed to be either removed or replaced.
It will not change the main story, only the persona of some characters.

Ah, well, I just suddenly remembered this fic, and then I had to read it as soon as I had the time to do so. And now I'm hoping that you soon have free time to write more on this. Well, thanks for writing what you have of this, and good bye for now.

OK great story. Now that I've stroked your ego, about the First? Wonderful. I hope he runs into Anubis and they BOTH choke. Please keep writing.

Good story so far though from my limited knowledge of anime I spent some time on wikie for the ones I didn't know just wondering how large is buffy's ship and exactly how powerful compared to the marcross

You know, even if I haven't read and or seen the cannon you're taking these characters from, I usually have a pretty good idea on just who they are. But that last one? The guy that merged with The First Evil and it's so called counterpart? No clue. Who is that golden skeletal man? In crystal armor now less? All I can think of is Genocide or who ever from Marvel's Age of Apocalypse, and I KNOW that's not right, is it? Well, thanks for writing this, bye for now.
Comments from author:
Thanks. As it's not much of a spoiler, it's Crystal Boy, one of the big bads of Space Adventure Cobra.
In one of the manga's arc not used by the anime, he found the Black Diamond, containing Ahriman, the First Evil of Cobra's universe, hence a nice little loophole for the First of the Buffyverse.

Has the SGC started up yet, or is this just after the end of the stargate movie?
Please update again soon.
Edit: Just thought of another question. What happened to Ethan Rayne? Thanks
Comments from author:
Things aren't completely set in stone (I have yet to verify some things in the first season episodes of SG-1 to place things correctly), but this is taking place during the year between the movie and SG-1. In straight Stargate continuity, Daniel is on Abydos and the SGC organizing.
What is also important is that the disappearance of Sunnydale will certainly have side-effects on Earth.
Update is coming soon.
EDIT: You will find a partial answer in the Admiral's speech, though it may be only what the people of the Fleet knows.

Great mix of characters. I am not sure on the size of some of the ships, can the Macross hold many of the other ships? I doubt Xander and Cordelia ships. Thanks
Comments from author:
Thanks for the review.
Some rough sizes:
Macross: 1200m long Queen Emeraldas - Arcadia: 350-400m long Yukinojo - Swordbreaker: 100-150m long*
*These numbers are a personal estimate.
As the Macross' decks are rather cluttered with a city, the ships above have can only dock temporarily by 'clamping' on the Macross. As they need only a limited crew (40 people for the Arcadia, 1 to 0 for the 3 others) it won't be a huge problem for the exiles.
The other FTL ships being light corvettes and recon ships (who are, respectively, roughly the same size as goa'uld attack and transport ships), they can use the battlestar as a base.
Of course, the Macross also has a whole contingent of non-FTL veritech fighters and transports, plus a destroid force.
