Buffy hasn't even thought about what would happen if they happened to run into the Scoobies by accident. Dawn at the very least should despise her. Hank's absentee, Joyce is dead and since Buffy couldn't die and stay dead she's chosen to become absentee.

I just caught this series and just read all of the previous stories and the start of this one.

I very much like your portrayal of Buffy and I for one like that she is taking back her life.

Her so called friends and family kicked her out of her own home and never once had any remorse for doing so or even attempted to say they were sorry so yea any guilt they now feel is rightly deserved.

And I do love a darker Buffy. Now I wonder what her new name will be.

Pike is one of those characters that is hardly ever used. Kudos for his appearance. I like him a lot. I'm really enjoying this series. You've got me wondering when Buffy's going to meet any of the Winchesters, Ellen and/or Bobby. Keep the stories coming!
